- Mastery: Plan that combine both learning product Xoom and Xsesais.
- Xplore (Coming Soon): A new experience that you can access sooner or later.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the changes will apply immediately. For downgrades, the new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Your existing benefits continue until your current billing period ends.
Billing is processed automatically based on the subscription duration you choose.
-Monthly plan: Billed every 30 days.
-Annually plan: Billed every 12 months
You can manage your billing details and view invoices in you account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your subscription, you can contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on usage and billing cycle.
We support a variety of payment methods for you convenience:
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Online banking / FPX
- E-wallets (Touch'n Go, GrabPay, Boost)
Payment options may vary based on your region.
Auto-renewal is enabled by default to prevent service interruption.
You may disable auto-renewal anytime from you account settings:
- Go to Billing
- Select your active plan
- Toggle Auto-Renewal off
Your plan will remain active until the end of current billing cycle.
